PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This lovely Post Office Playset is so much fun - it's just like the real thing! Can you run your own Post Office? Kids will love being the boss of their own business! This Post Office Playset includes weighing scales, post box, cash drawer, stamper, coins and notes, magazines and newspapers, stamps, envelopes, and all the forms and accessories you would expect from your local Post Office! This toy entails many learning opportunities; practice of basic mathematics, learning the worth of money, recognising weights and how they are categorised. It also provides scope for imitating adults. The Post Office also forms a great springboard for imagination - Perhaps your child could send a package to Father Christmas, or write a letter to the Queen?

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Customer rating stars Post Office Delivers fun Posted: 05 January 2009
I have to disagree with the other review. Our daughter (and her cousin) were both given one of these for Christmas and they were probably the most popular toy of the day. I do agree that the items are small and paper can tear so this is probably more suitable for someone aged about 3-4+. There's lots to do: they can run the shop, fill in forms, weigh things and deliver letters to people in the post box. There are working scales, coins in a drawer and a pretend stamp. (Top Tip: we scanned in the forms and magazines so we could print more if they go missing. Top Tip 2 - real 1p stamps add cheap authenticity!).

Customer rating stars not a good buy for young children Posted: 27 December 2008
Casdon 532 Toy Post Office
the note paper and envelopes are so small- about the size of a match box that children can';t manipulate the letter to go in it!
the "MAGAZINES" ARE PAPER AND EASILY RIPPED; THE SCALES ARE RATHER WOBBLY
MY CHILDREN GOT VERY FRUSTRATED WITH IT VERY QUICKLY.
