We loved our bumbo and my son (who is an active baby) used it from 4 - 12 months. We tended to put it in the bathroom and used to put him in it while he was waiting for his bath and he loved using it and playing with all his toys while we were getting his bath ready. I also used it to feed him in it a few times which was quite handy - though after he was around 10 months old he wouldn't eat in it and just wanted to get out and crawl around. This product is most useful I think for when your baby can't sit unaided but is old enough not to be on their back - 4 months to around 9 months. We are definitely going to use it for the next one too!

I bought this Bumbo as a present for my 4 month old niece, Liyana. It took her a bit of getting used to put we persevered and now she loves it. At first she tried to wriggle and lift herself out of it - quite scary when you see it as you think she'll fall out but its sturdy enough to hold her in comfortably. Wriggling stopped after a week. Not useful for putting on high surfaces, but great for the floor.

I haven't used it much to be honest, when my son is sat in it he looks uncomfortable, great concept though.

My baby loves it. She is 5 months old and with this sitter she can be sited with us in a sofa or in the kitchen. During the meals she is on the table looking at us.
