CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Customer rating stars easy to install and run - recommended Posted: 22 January 2004
I bought this for my 5-year-old niece for Xmas and she loves it. Very pretty eyecatching graphics throughout and absorbing puzzles that aren’t too difficult for a 5 year old to solve on her own.

Other reviewers have mentioned difficulty getting it to run, but I put it on the old PC the kids use, a Pentium II 450MHz with 128mb RAM and 32mb VRAM, and it ran just fine. It also comes with the necessary versions of DirectX, Quicktime etc bundled on the CD, and it prompts you to install these along with the game. So it loaded and ran first time out of the box on a 6-year-old machine. Those who have trouble may be having it because other stuff is cluttering the computer up.

Great value and great entertainment - I'll be buying her more of the same. If yours likes this, she'll also like the Scooby Doo games too.

Customer rating stars Great game, great graphics Posted: 22 January 2004
My 4 year old and 6 year old daughters love this game, and want to play it again and again. The graphics are great, and the interface is responsive. The gameplay is easy enough for them both to cope with but not so easy that it's boring. No doubt they'll tire of it eventually, but we've already had better-than-average value for money from it. Now if only they would play with the Barbie of Swan Lake plastic toys...
